A very quick update: we got caught in a blizzard and were unable to traverse the first range on our route. We are regrouping in Tsetserleg and reworking our plan.
We did find some very interesting five-toed tracks, were guided off the mountain by a wolf, and had fun communing with pikas. Not bad at all.
